Emergency Veterinary Treatment Authorisation *

I authorise Rain & Winds to seek emergency veterinary treatment for my pet(s) if urgent veterinary attention is considered necessary and I cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe. I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to contact me and/or my emergency contact before treatment is authorised, and I accept responsibility for any veterinary fees, treatment costs, transportation costs or associated expenses incurred on behalf of my pet(s).

Adverse Weather *

I confirm that I have read and understood the Adverse Weather Policy (V1 issued June 2026).

Media Consent *

I give permission for photographs and/or videos of my pet(s) to be used on the Rain & Winds website, social media pages, printed materials and other marketing content.
