In the unlikely event of illness or injury whilst your pet is under the care of Rain & Winds, veterinary attention may need to be sought promptly.

Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner or emergency contact without delay, however, if contact cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe, Rain & Winds reserves the right to seek veterinary treatment as deemed necessary for the welfare of the animal.

In the event of accidental injury, illness or loss occurring during the provision of agreed care, a claim may be submitted under this policy, subject to the insurer’s assessment, policy terms, limits and excess.

Insurance does not cover pre-existing medical conditions, undeclared health issues, or circumstances outside the policy terms.

By consenting below, you authorise Rain & Winds Pet Care to:

• Transport your pet to your registered veterinary practice (or nearest appropriate practice if unavailable)
• Seek examination and emergency treatment as advised by a qualified veterinary surgeon•
• Approve treatment up to the amount stated below

All veterinary fees and associated costs remain the responsibility of the owner unless covered and accepted under the insurance policy.
