Your property and privacy is treated with the highest level of respect. Where keys or access codes are provided, Rain & Winds operates a clear and secure key handling procedure to ensure your home remains protected at all times.

1. Key Security

•  All keys are stored securely when not in use and are never left overnight in vehicles
• Keys are coded on possession and are never labelled with names or property addresses
• Keys are stored separately from any documentation identifying property addresses
• Keys will never be duplicated

2. Use of Keys

• Keys and access codes are used solely for the provision of agreed services
• The property will be secured upon departure, including doors, windows and gates according to owners instructions
• Any alarm systems will be set according to owners instructions
• Keys will never be given to any third party

3. Property Responsibility

Rain & Winds will take reasonable care when entering and securing your property.

While reasonable care will always be taken when entering and securing your property, Rain &Winds cannot be held responsible for:

• Faulty locks or damaged doors
• Insecure fencing or gates
• Undisclosed security issues
• Pre-existing property damage
• Pre- existing alarm or lock malfunctions
• Security issues arising from third parties

4. Loss of keys

In the unlikely event that a key is lost due to the negligence of Rain & Winds, reasonable direct costs associated with lock replacement may be reimbursed in line with insurance cover and policy limits.

5. Termination of Services

Upon termination of services, keys will be returned promptly as agreed between both parties

Consent
