Paw Points
Paw points are how we organise care time and invoicing. Rather than allocating individual visits, Paw Points allow a set amount amount of care time to be agreed and paid for in advance. This means you get the dedicated care time you require while still keeping flexibility if your needs change. This gives us the security to accept last minute changes and cancellations and in return, we offer a thank you discount!
1 Paw Point = 30 minutes care
Paw Points can be used across the month for shorter visits, longer walks, or a mix of both, depending on what suits you and your dog. If plans change, for example a cancellation or a requirement for a longer or shorter visit, Paw Points can be saved or used flexibly, subject to availability.

Paw Points are to be purchased per calendar month and before the 25th of the previous month. If this deadline is missed, one off prices and policies apply to all bookings that month.
50% uplift (before applying discount) applies for extra dogs within the household.
Where you are unable to use all of your purchased Paw Points, a maximum of 6 unused Paw Points can be carried over to the next calendar month .
Any carried over Paw Points are valid for one month only and must be used within that time. Paw Points cannot accumulate beyond this limit. Any Paw Points not used within the rollover period will expire.
All rollover is subject to availability and carried over Paw Points are used before new monthly Paw Points.
Paw Points are purchased monthly and in advanced.
If Paw Points are purchased before the start of the month they apply to, a full refund will be issued.
Once the month has started, Paw Points are non refundable, as availability has been reserved. In these cases, Paw Points may still be used within the month or carried over in line with the roll over policy.;
Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
